Our Top Goals as AZ DECA State Officers

1

By February 2027, through increased outreach opportunities, Arizona DECA will increase overall membership (through alumni, student, or professional development) to reach a total membership count over 7,000.

2

By February 2027, Arizona DECA will develop and launch a Comprehensive Resource Hub focused on three key sectors: chapter development, competition preparation, and fundraising strategies, to create a structured, student-driven resource guide of proven practices; success will be measured through the outreach to at least twenty chapters and creating at least six resource guides.

3

By February 2027, through increased communication and outreach Arizona DECA will connect with businesses across the state to improve opportunities for scholarships, sponsorship, and increased support for competition at conferences, with fostering partnerships with at minimum of ten businesses.
