Number One Goal for DECA:
I want to be the voice for members across Arizona DECA and help make sure that their voices are heard about their ideas and opinions on all things DECA, with the hope of having 10% more voices to represent because I have the goal to increase membership by 10% this year!

A Bit About Me
My name is Abby Herrera, and I’m from Ironwood High School (class of '26) honored to serve as one of your 2025-2026 Arizona DECA State Officers for my 3rd year of being in DECA!! In DECA, I compete in Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy and served as my chapter's '24-'25 VP of PR and Social Media! Outside of DECA, I’m involved in 4-H as a State Ambassador, Student Council as a class senator, Key Club, FCCLA, Spanish Honor Society, and much more! Once my DECA experience comes to an end, I plan to attend the UofA to study Veterinary Medicine and Business! I’m passionate about leadership, community service, and helping others grow, whether through marketing, advocacy, or competition. I’m excited to connect with Arizona DECA members and make this year unforgettable!
